Some mechanics also have a diagnostic scope or camera that can be put into each cylinder via the spark plug hole.
Ceramic from spark plug fell into cylinder.

From my earlier post i managed to get the compression test adapter out of the spark plug hole.
A peace of the spark plug broke off and fell into the cylinder wall and i started it and now it s knocking.
When removing the plug a piece of plastic fell into the cylinder.

Well it turns out that a ceramic piece broke off of the spark plug and fell into the first cylinder.
I rotated the cylinder to begin the compression stroke on the first cylinder but i still feel stuck on what to do.
Upon removal of the last spark plug the ceramic araound the plug decided to break into a couple pieces all except for one i managed to get out.
I managed to change them with out getting any porcelain in the combustion chamber then i got to the last one and oops there goes a little piece of porcelain right down the hole.
I put the new plugs in and it started up all good.
I sucked up the pieces with a shop vac and installed a new plug.
I vacuumed the bits out and it seemed like i got all of them out.
I watched it tried to save it but failed so i haven t tried to crank my car because i know it would could cause damage to my gasket head.
The pieces fell into the cylinder.
I have a serious problem here.
A while back changed the spark plugs on a 05 3 5 and a plug came out with the ceramic portion cracked.
The last piece i m guessing fell into the spark plug hole.
Next day comes while i am commuting it feels like a loss of power from the engine and my check engine light comes on.
Couple days ago terrible rattling noise coming from.
Half of the ceramic casing on the plug i pulled out was gone.
